Understand what your schedule says.
MethoSys is developing a cloud product concept for project controls teams. It starts with Schedule Intelligence: schedule quality, schedule health, delay detection, and what-if analysis.
Roadmap concept Working name: MethoSys Project Intelligence. Availability, early access, and release dates have not been announced. Nothing on this page describes a released product.

Scenario comparison: finish week
Explanation (illustrative)
The finish moved from week 32 to week 33 since the baseline. Procurement (long-lead) now runs 13 weeks instead of 10 and has become the driving path into Mechanical install.
Site preparation, Foundations, and Structure each have 1 week of float and are close to critical.
This describes patterns in the schedule data. It does not establish why the duration changed, which needs review by the project team.
Built for schedule owners.
Intended users
Planners and schedulers, project controls managers, PMO leads, and project managers who are accountable for a baseline and its updates.
Intended use cases
- Review the quality of a schedule update before it is issued.
- Understand why a finish date or milestone has moved.
- Compare recovery options before committing to one.
From schedule data to a decision.
Bring in schedule data
An update from your scheduling tool becomes the starting point.
Check quality
Logic, constraints, durations, and float are tested against rules.
Analyze progress and the critical path
Slippage and driving paths are shown against the baseline.
Explain the findings
Plain-language summaries sit next to the data they describe.
Compare options
Test changes as scenarios before deciding.
Ten capabilities in the concept.
Roadmap concept All ten are concepts, and none is presented as released. Predictions are estimates, and findings show patterns in the data rather than proof of cause.
| Capability | What it would do | Decision it supports |
|---|---|---|
| Check the plan | ||
| Schedule quality assessment | Test logic, constraints, durations, float, and assignments against configurable rules. | Whether a schedule is fit to issue or needs correction first. |
| Schedule health monitoring | Track quality indicators across successive updates. | Whether the schedule is improving or degrading, and when to step in. |
| Schedule analytics | Summarize activity, float, and duration patterns. | Where the schedule is fragile or overloaded. |
| Understand what moved | ||
| Delay detection | Compare updates to the baseline and to the prior update to flag slipped activities. | Which delays to look at first. |
| Critical-path analysis | Identify critical and near-critical paths and the relationships that drive them. | Where management attention affects the finish date most. |
| Progress analysis | Compare actual progress to plan and show the trend. | Whether progress is converging on or diverging from plan. |
| AI-generated explanations | Summarize findings in plain language, with the supporting data alongside. | What changed and what to review, without reading the whole schedule. |
| Look ahead | ||
| Schedule risk analysis | Model duration uncertainty to show a range of outcomes. | How much confidence and contingency a finish date carries. |
| Predictive schedule analysis | Estimate a likely finish range from current performance. | Whether the committed date is still realistic. Estimates, not guarantees. |
| What-if scenario analysis | Test changes to sequence, durations, or resources against the baseline. | Which recovery option is worth pursuing. |
Where it could go.
Roadmap concept The initial focus is Schedule Intelligence, not a full project-management platform.
Future concepts
Directions under consideration. None is scheduled or committed.
- Integrated risk management. Bring risk registers and schedule risk together.
- Cost and commercial controls. Extend analysis to budgets, commitments, and change.
- Integrated schedule, cost, and risk intelligence. Analyze the three together.
- Hybrid scheduling and delivery methods. Support projects that mix agile and traditional planning.
- Advanced Work Packaging (AWP). Connect work packaging to schedule analysis.
- Front-End Loading (FEL) and stage gates. Support early-phase definition and gate reviews.
- Project data analytics and portfolio intelligence. Roll analysis up across a portfolio.
- Additional enterprise PMIS integrations. Connectors are not yet defined.
Questions about the concept.
Is the product available?
Not yet announced. This is a roadmap concept and the screens on this site are illustrative. Register interest and MethoSys can tell you when that changes.
What data would it use?
The concept is built around schedule data from enterprise scheduling tools. Oracle Primavera P6 is MethoSys's main working environment, but supported file formats and connectors have not been confirmed.
Would it replace my scheduling or PMIS platform?
No. The concept sits alongside your scheduling system to analyze and explain what is in it. It is not a replacement for it.
How should I read the predictions and explanations?
As analytical aids. Predictions are estimates with a range, not guarantees. Explanations describe patterns in the data and do not establish cause, so a qualified scheduler should review them.
What about security and hosting?
Security design, hosting, and any certifications have not been finalized. None is claimed today, and they will be described here once they are confirmed.
How do I take part?
Use Register product interest. Because the product stage is not confirmed, this is an expression of interest and not a demo or trial booking.
