06 · Contracts & Procurement Intelligence On the roadmap
Keep obligations, deliveries, and claims tied to the schedule.
This module keeps contract obligations, procurement, and supplier documents tied to the schedule, so notice deadlines are not missed, long-lead items are ordered on time, and delay claims rest on the record.
This module is on the roadmap. The capabilities below are what we plan to build, and customer feedback sets the order. Schedule Intelligence is available today.
Built for commercial and procurement teams.
Who uses it
Contract and commercial managers, procurement and expediting teams, claims and delay analysts, and document controllers.
Typical uses
- Track notice periods under each contract, and act before they run out.
- See when procurement will hold up the schedule.
- Follow submittals and RFIs, and see who has the next action.
- Prepare or assess a delay claim from the schedule record.
Planned capabilities.
On the roadmap Each capability is listed with the decision it is meant to support. Predictions will be estimates, and findings will show patterns in the data rather than proof of cause.
| Capability | What it will do | Decision it supports |
|---|---|---|
| Contracts | ||
| Contract register | Holds key terms, obligations, and clauses for each contract. | What each party has committed to. |
| Notices and deadlines | Tracks contractual notice periods, and alerts before they run out. | Which notices to issue now. |
| Change valuation | Values approved changes against contract rates. | The commercial effect of each change. |
| Procurement and suppliers | ||
| Procurement schedule | Ties procurement milestones to the need-by dates in the schedule, and flags long-lead items. | Which orders must go out now to protect the schedule. |
| Submittals and RFIs | Tracks status, ball-in-court, and aging. | Which document is holding up work, and who has it. |
| Supplier performance | Scores suppliers on delivery, quality, and response times. | Which suppliers to rely on, and which to expedite. |
| Claims | ||
| Claims and delay analysis | Supports windows analysis, time impact analysis, and as-planned versus as-built comparison from the schedule updates. | Entitlement to time, and the support for or against a claim. It supports experts, not replaces them. |

Questions about this module.
When will it be available?
Contracts & Procurement Intelligence is on the roadmap. Customer feedback sets the order of the modules, and we share dates during a demo.
Can we help shape it?
Yes. Early-access customers work with us on the scope and the order of the capabilities, using their own project data.
Does it replace our document control system?
No. It works from the submittals, RFIs, and correspondence in systems such as Oracle Aconex, and links them to the schedule.
Will it decide whether a claim is valid?
No. It organizes the schedule evidence and runs the analysis. Entitlement is a judgment for qualified people.
